"Jen catered a surprise wedding anniversary party I was throwing for my wife. The party was to be held outside, but due to the 100-degree temperature, it was moved inside. As the air conditioning system struggled to cool the house with two ovens going and fifteen people inside, Jen quickly adapted to the new situation and did not lose her cool. The food was delicious, on-time, and attractively displayed. Jen's performance during the incredible heat in the kitchen was nothing short of spectacular.
